"After searching for a condo in downtown Nashville for several months, we came upon Grant Park and we were amazed at what was being offered in terms of space, privacy, parking and amenities. "When we lived in a single home, we spent far too much time maintaining, repairing, upgrading, etc, and too little time enjoying ourselves. Grant Park offers an upscale way of life, with none of the headaches, and all of the benefits of a single home."

My first impression when viewing the model home was that the builder actually put thought into “what the customer wants” and has done a great job putting this into a maintenance free package, which is attractive to both young and older business professionals, along with people narrowing in on retirement and don’t want the burdens that come along with owning a standard home.”
